Ingredients:

1.     Gulab jamun Powder----------200gm
2.     Cold Milk -----------70 ml
3.     Sugar---------250gm
4.     Water------600ml
5.     Soyabean Oil --------For Fry


Method:

Add the Gulab jamun Powder in to the milk and make a dough.

Make small size round balls of your dough and then fry in to the hot oil until it turns brown.

Take out in separate vessel after it turns brown.

Add sugar in to the water and boil  until it become thick.

After the syrup becomes cold pour Gulab jamun in it and after the 25 mints Gulab jamun is ready to be served as dessert.
