Pan Cake Recipe



Ingredients:

   1.     Wheat flour----------100gm or 07tbsp
   2.     Egg -----------01 piece
   3.     Milk---------150ml
   4.     Butter------02tbsp
   5.     Sugar -------- 1tsp
   6.  Baking powder ------03pinch


Method:

First make thin batter by adding wheat flour, egg, milk, sugar and baking powder in a bowl remember bowl must be need and clean.

Now the step two is heating the pan on low heat and adds some butter.

Step three when butter is heated, pour the batter in a pan as per required.

Step four cover it for few second, and after heating it on one side turn it upside down.

Step five after both sides become slightly brown take it out on the plate and serve with honey.
